The Brimfield Antique and Flea Market Shows

The Brimfield Fair in Brimfield, Massachusetts is the largest outdoor antique show in the country. Approximately 5,000 antique and vintage dealers gather 3 times a year in May, July, and September, to sell at Brimfield. The fair is made up of 21 individually owned and operated “fields” which lease space to vendors. There is no central list of what vendors or types of merchandise are sold where, so it’s a giant treasure hunt!

The show runs Tuesday through Sunday, rain or shine, with the Vintage Fashion and Textile Show taking place on the Monday before at a local hotel, featuring 150 booths itself.

The Vintage Fashion and Textile Show as well as other shows/fields charge admission ranging from 5-10 dollars each. More details are available at www.brimfield.com.

The Manhattan Vintage Clothing Show

The Manhattan Show is where 75 plus of the country’s top vintage clothing and antique textile exhibitors get together for 2 days, approximately 3 times a year. The show usually takes place in February, April, and October at the Metropolitan Pavilion in NYC.
Many of the same exhibitors are at every show, so there is less guesswork if you are looking for a specific type of item or seller. A schedule of dates and a list of vendors can be found at www.manhattanvintage.com

The Vintage Fashion Expo

The Vintage Fashion Expo is the country's largest vintage clothing & accessories show. It alternates between Santa Monica and San Francisco California and takes places 5 weekends every year in February, March, May, September, and October. Each expo features more than 75 dealers with item from the 1850s to the 1980s, and with most returning for each event. This event is a great place to mingle with costume designers and stylists as well as top vintage dealers.

Admission rangs from $10-20 depending on how early you go, and there are admission coupons available on their website www.vintageexpo.com
