Novella Royale is one of the newer vintage-inspired contemporary brands. The brand may, however, be just a bit cooler than the rest. Their mission? To create "luxury [items] without creating waste from new materials". This line of bell bottoms is from Novella Royale's "Vintage Collection"; these boldly flowered beauties were made from vintage materials. Eco-friendly should always look so good!
